Forklift Purchase — Return Policy

All returns, whether for product defect or otherwise, must be requested within 30 days of invoice. A Return Authorization number must be obtained from the parts department by fax (440-287-2228) or email (custserv@deckerforklifts.com). Your request must include the following:

Detailed reason for return
Copy of Original invoice

Returned items will be inspected upon arrival. Refunds will not be issued for products that have been damaged, altered or used. Products must be clean and in sellable condition and shipped to Decker freight prepaid in the original shipping box.

All special order items are non-returnable once ordered. Refunds are for the cost of the product only.
